HR Generalist
A global leader in high-precision technology and international manufacturing is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their European operations. In this role, you will manage a multi-functional portfolio covering HR operations, payroll coordination, and global mobility to support a dynamic, international workforce.
Responsibilities:

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding for technical and administrative roles.

Oversee the monthly payroll cycle, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements.

Coordinate international immigration and global mobility processes, including visa applications and travel support for field engineering teams.

Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations, engagement initiatives, and performance management guidance.

Develop and implement localized HR policies and office procedures in alignment with global headquarters’ standards.

Facilitate training and development programs and maintain accurate, confidential HR records and compliance documentation.

Collaborate with global HR and leadership teams to improve organizational workflows and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).

4–7 years of progressive experience in HR operations, payroll, and office administration within a multi-national environment.

In-depth knowledge of German labor laws, payroll compliance, and international visa/immigration processes.

Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Personio, Workday, or BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to navigate multicultural environments across various time zones.

Relevant HR certifications (such as IHK, SHRM, or CIPD) are highly preferred.

Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with the highest level of ethical standards.
