Join a world-class R&D team where you will push the boundaries of high-frequency communication. You will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge Optical RFICs, including high-speed drivers and transimpedance amplifiers (TIAs), for next-generation systems.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Design: Lead the design, simulation, and verification of high-performance Analog ICs specifically for integrated optical transceiver modules.
Architecture & Strategy: Collaborate with system engineers to translate complex technical requirements into high-performance product specifications.
Layout Leadership: Drive and mentor physical design activities for both individual building blocks and full-chip top levels.
Innovation & Feasibility: Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate competing architectures, proactively sharing best practices to elevate the team’s technical capabilities.

Essential Requirements

Academic Excellence: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics (a PhD is highly regarded).
Industry Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Analog/RFIC design, with a proven track record of moving complex designs into volume production.
Technical Mastery: * Deep proficiency in SiGe BiCMOS and CMOS technologies.
- Expert-level command of the Cadence Design Framework, spanning from initial circuit implementation to final testing.
Problem Solving: A creative, “first-principles” approach to solving design challenges that demand the absolute highest levels of signal integrity and performance.
Collaboration: Strong communication skills with the ability to thrive in a high-speed, multi-cultural environment.
Logistics: Fluency in English and a willingness to travel internationally as needed.
