Service Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and servicing on customer equipment.
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults.
• Commissioning and setting up new equipment.
• Performing airflow measurements and system performance testing.
• Replacing components and recommending upgrades or refurbishments.
• Producing technical service reports after each visit.
• Building strong relationships with customers and acting as their technical point of contact.
• Working closely with the after-sales support team to ensure excellent customer service.

What They’re Looking For

Ideally you’ll have:

• 3+ years’ experience in a field service or commissioning role.
• Experience working on HVAC, ventilation, air handling or humidity control equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
• Experience commissioning industrial or HVAC equipment.
• Good customer-facing and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• A relevant engineering qualification
