Documentation & Manufacturing Support
- Review technical drawings and production documentation for accuracy and manufacturability.
- Collaborate with assembly and testing teams during build and validation phases.
- Ensure readiness for industrialization and series production.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in automotive systems or complex multidisciplinary product environments.
- Experience with high-voltage battery systems and lithium-based battery design.
- Understanding of systems engineering and requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, JAMA).
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems and development processes from R&D to production.
- Knowledge of product design, manufacturing processes, and engineering best practices.
- Understanding of safety requirements and regulatory standards for high-voltage systems.
- Proficiency in standard office tools.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in advanced systems engineering and product development.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to challenge assumptions using first-principles thinking.
