Enterprise Account Executive – Multifamily AI, San Francisco

A fast-growing technology company is transforming how consumer underwriting works across the residential real estate market. Its AI-powered platform helps large property managers make faster, more consistent decisions by turning complex financial and identity data into actionable insights.

With significant traction across the US rental market, the company is continuing to expand its enterprise customer base and is looking for a proven Account Executive who knows the multifamily space and can build relationships with sophisticated property owners and operators. This is a high-ownership sales role where you’ll generate your own pipeline, run the full sales cycle, and work closely with leadership to win major accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and discovery through demos, negotiation, and close.
• Generate pipeline through cold outreach, cold calling, networking, and targeted account development.
• Build relationships with institutional property managers, multifamily owner-operators, and real estate investors.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations based on each prospect’s workflows and business challenges.
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles typically ranging from 2 to 5 months.
• Work directly with the CEO to refine sales messaging, strategy, and account plans.
• Own opportunities end-to-end and drive revenue growth across the company’s AI underwriting and fraud prevention platform.

Key Qualifications:

• 6 to 10 years of sales experience, including 4+ years as a quota-carrying Account Executive.
• Proven experience selling into multifamily property management.
• Track record of closing enterprise deals worth $50K to $300K+ in ARR.
• Strong experience generating your own pipeline through cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes.
• Former property manager or operator experience is highly desirable.
• Deep relationships across the institutional real estate or multifamily market are a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
