About the Role & Responsibilities
 

  • Account Management: Leadership of existing and new customer relationship management, serving as a trusted advisor and key communication channel within a valued customer network. The role focuses on building long-term partnerships, providing consultative support, and driving sustainable business growth through strong customer engagement and strategic account development.
  • Sales Management: Sales development planning and forecasting in alignment with company objectives and operational strategy. The role includes ownership of customer projects, managing ongoing business activities and new demand opportunities, while ensuring effective coordination across internal teams and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Product & Technology: Compelling presentation and communication of the company’s innovative lighting technologies and differentiated product portfolio. The role involves translating technical solutions into customer value, supporting business development activities, and positioning the company’s LED offerings to drive customer engagement and commercial success.
  • New Business Development: New project leadership and ownership of the customer acquisition and demand creation process, driving business growth through the identification, development, and conversion of new opportunities. The role focuses on building strategic customer relationships, generating market demand, and successfully bringing new projects from concept to commercial realization.
  • Distributor / Channel Cooperation: Regional engagement with distribution and channel partners to strengthen market presence and drive joint business development initiatives. The role focuses on fostering strategic partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating on commercial activities that support customer acquisition and revenue expansion.
  • Market Intelligence Development: Voice of Customer (VoC) acquisition and consolidation of regional market insights to support strategic business expansion. The role focuses on gathering customer and market feedback, translating insights into actionable recommendations, and aligning regional opportunities with broader company growth objectives and market development initiatives.
  • Regional Marcom Support: Participation in European lighting marketing and communications initiatives, supporting regional brand awareness, product promotion, and market engagement activities. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align commercial objectives with marketing strategies and strengthen the company’s presence within the lighting industry.

Requirements, Skills and Experience
 

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in LED components and products sales.
  • Technical / Commercial competence in LED semiconductor, lighting applications and systems.
  • Experience in the LED Lighting market and network access to decision makers at ORM Lighting fixture Manufacturers.
  • Entrepreneurial and business-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills in English and Polish.
  • Interest and motivation to work in a global multi-cultural business environment.
