Senior/Staff Development Engineer – Flow Module Development
Location: Karlsruhe, Germany

Responsibilities
• Product development.
• Module design and module validation.
• Creation of product documentation, technical specifications, and datasheets.
• Root cause analysis of device failures.
• Cooperation with external subcontractors.
• Support design considerations including yield optimization, manufacturability and design for test.
• Support of production test and product qualification process.
• Support tasks for Marketing and Sales.

Qualifications/Skills
• M.Sc./PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Sciences or equivalent areas.
• +8 years of experience in the electronics/semiconductor industry in the area of sensor system development.
• Profound understand in sensor application development, specialization in flow sensors.
• In-depth understanding of electronic circuit design and module design.
• Good understanding of Time-of-Flight measurement principles.
• Good understanding of ultrasonic flow sensor principles and functionalities.
• Know-how about 3D-printing and moulding tools beneficial.
• Experience with measurement automation and data extraction.
• Good communication & problem-solving skills.
• Specification, presentation and organizational skills.
• Team player/driver.
• Languages: Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
