Company Overview
Our client is a sizeable Hong Kong-listed company and one of the leading construction equipment rental and equipment operation service providers in Asia. The company provides construction equipment rental, aerial work platforms, scaffolding, formwork, shoring systems, engineering support, equipment operation services and industrial site solutions.
With a strong presence in China and an expanding footprint across overseas markets, the business is now growing further across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. As part of this international expansion, they are hiring several senior sales and HR professionals across Hong Kong, Malaysia and Indonesia.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Store Manager / Regional Sales Manager to manage the formwork business in Indonesia. This person will be responsible for overall branch business operations, including market positioning, customer development, team management, revenue, profit, payment collection and risk control.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the overall operation of the local formwork business.
- Achieve key business targets, including contract signing, revenue, profit and customer development.
- Develop local market positioning and build a strong customer base.
- Lead major customer development and deep relationship management.
- Drive secondary development of existing customers and identify new cooperation opportunities.
- Build stable long-term customer partnerships and improve local market reputation.
- Manage key branch and project indicators.
- Lead customer, business and project qualification to reduce payment collection risk.
- Oversee contract recovery, settlement processing and payment collection.
- Manage branch organisation optimisation, staff selection, training and replacement.
- Build and develop a high-performing sales talent pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; strong candidates with college-level education may also be considered.
- 5+ years of sales experience, including at least 2 years of sales management experience.
- Experience in formwork, scaffolding, construction materials, construction engineering or related B2B sales is preferred.
- Strong sales capability and proven customer development experience.
- Good understanding of basic financial knowledge, including revenue, profit and payment collection.
- Strong data analysis, leadership, influence and team management ability.
- Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Indonesia or Southeast Asia construction-related markets would be highly preferred.
- Hands-on, commercially driven and able to manage both sales and branch operations.
