Litho Process Engineer

The assignment

Analyzing and discussing lithography process development requests.
Designing, executing and analyzing the experiments.
Delivering high quality lithography processes for Imec internal programs as well as customers
Defining and executing process, equipment and material development projects with equipment and material suppliers in cross-functional and cross-company teams.
Documenting and transferring the lithography processes to the Imec pilot production line.

Required knowledge and skills

Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Nanotechnology, Physics, or a related field.
Between 2 – 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing; knowledge of lithography, CD metrology, and overlay metrology is a strong asset.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to generate and communicate data-driven insights to diverse stakeholders.
Proactive and self-driven, able to work independently, take initiative, and assume responsibility.
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, a results-oriented mindset, and fluency in written and spoken English.
Exposure to lab exp is a plus.
5 Years working experience.

Location

We provide the flexibility to work both from our office premises and remotely from home. This to maintain a healthy work-life balance while being an integral part of our team. An onsite presence of 3 days a week is required. It’s not possible to work 100% remote.
